The Bridge

I've spent most of my career in the space between what an organization is and what it could become. That space is uncomfortable, messy, and where all the interesting work happens.

The Bridge is where I think out loud about it. Sometimes in writing. Sometimes in conversation with other leaders who live in that same space.
